Our specialties include trout from our very own trout farm, as well as local venison which we process ourselves in order to create delicious fish and venison dishes. To be able to offer truly delicious and healthy dishes, we solely use natural and carefully selected ingredients.
Dinner commences with a fresh salad from our salad buffet, or a ready made salad platter.
For your main course you can choose from 2 or 3 menu items, which we will create according to your taste.
